I want to thank you for getting together with STEVE D the 38th BEATLE for making me this special set of pups a combo of P-90;s and APACHES. Using the APACHE ALNICO 2 MAGNETS and the windings of the P-90;s should make this STRAT outstanding.
As Steve probably told you I am a GIBSON man with a few TELES which my HOT ROD has COUNTRY BOYS in it.
I have over 30 guitars and have your pups in quite a few...the PETER GREEN HUMS sound great in my DBL CUT LP STANDARD PLUS CUSTOM SHOP.

The Bottom line is I was very lucky and at the right place at the right time.
I was opening for BUDDY GUY when I asked BUDDY how come I can get any tone I want from a GIBSON but the STRAT drives me crazy I can't get a tone I like....
He told me SON drop the plectrum and use your finger...well it worked and from there we began to build this STRAT a HARD TAIL made of ZEBRA WOOD with an EBONY NECK.
I want to thank you and your people for there hard work but especially to YOU AND STEVE the 38th BEATLE for taking the time to get the tone I wanted and taking your time to get it right and to have you sign them is just a plus.
I intend on giving YOU , and your people FULL credit for the tone of my START on the back on the cd cover if it;s ok with you and if it's ok with you I am having a BARE KNUCKLE MAN (logo ) tattood on my right fore arm.
We are to beging recording soon and after a 25 year dissapearance after JOHNNY died I thought it was time for me to leave the scene and get my life together rather than end up in a box and end up forgotten I still had a lot to say.
Tim you are certainly destined to end up in THE HALL OF FAME as an inventor along with SETH LOVER, SEYMOUR DUNCAN, LARRY DIMARRZIO and LES PAUL.
Thanks to you a few of mine and THOUSANDS of others Guitars are sounding very versatile.
Soon we will begin the recording of JAMES ST JAMES AND THE BLUES DISCIPLES.
The working title of the album is "THE BLUES FROM A DARK SOUL" OR "VOODOO BLUES"
So basically TIM I want to THANK YOU FROM THE BOTOM OF MY STRAT AND HEART FOR MAKING THINGS SEEM MORE POSSIBLE NOW THAT I HAVE THIS NEW GUITAR, IT WILL SOUND DIFFERENTLY WHICH WILL MAKE ME PLAY DIFFERENTLY
THOUGH I HAVE 30 GIBSON'S I am looking forward to this STRAT to bring out a new side of me.
I have had a a bit of luck over the years and now it is on me to do what I do.
