Bang for buck practice amp  :D

'Spretty good - sounds better at whisper volume than my vypyr 30 (and at high vol, while the vypyr kills it in between)

my 2nd amp was the next one down from the Bandit - the Express, but my mate had the Bandit and I never thought it sounded as good.

yeah first was a 70's jhs 100w good speakers cr@p amp....blew it up caught string in a extension plug...nice blue spark

Was it a Bandit 65?  I sold one about 4 years ago on Ebay for £60, so I suspect you're in profit already...

Great little amp actually - lovely solid state cleans...

Its an 80W, bump.

I dont intend to sell it - theres nothing that I'll get more use from for its likely price of ~70/80 quid or so. Its doing a job I need to be done; sound tolerable in the lounge at a volume level thats lower than 'tv' so I can sit and practice while distracting myself watching stuff; something neither my vypyr or valvetronixXL are any good at, even though I like both better at medium volume (ironically my powerball sounds the best at those volumes, but its in the other room and wont fit in the lounge)

So, as a guy thats not a terribly big fan of peavey amps I now have 2 :lol:
