NFGD
« on: April 10, 2010, 01:44:59 PM »
Well new last month.  It's sunny so at last I have some pictures of my Feline Lion.

Purpleburst with purple knobs that go to eleven to control the Crawlers.  Have been playing it ever since it came home.

Some pictures how it looks an one how it looked a while ago.

I did think about getting the black coil in purple.  But as Jonathan said it may have been too many shades together.

Yeah, I had black/purple zebra Crawlers on a dark purple Edwards LP - it looked pretty good, but sometimes different shades of the same colour create the worst clashes (I'm not 100% sure about your purple knobs, to be honest).

But those are just details... what a beautiful guitar, and I love the colour.   :D

That is a very nice Feline Lion, I love the colour!

I am in love with my Feline Lion Cub that I bought back in October, they are great guitars. I have owned and played several Gibsons and, IMO, the Feline Lions are far superior and much more value for money. Congrats on the purchase!
BKP's own: Irish Tours, Mule(b), Black Dog(b)
BKP's had: Riff Raffs, Nailbombs

That's epic. I love the colour (Feline always does amazing finishes), and the neck joint looks fantastic. I think the pickups look excellent in there, too. Congratulations :D

I've had a thing for purple burst LPs since seeing one years back in a Newcastle guitar shop (they wanted something daft like £4k even going back around 12 years or so).

very slick!

my feline has knobs that go to 11 as well. i think they should be standard fitment on all felines - its always good to be one louder.

Here's some pix I took while we were waiting for the purple knobs to come in

In this picture - it is seen with two others
The one in front was a sister guitar - Andy chose between the two bodies for his and I had the other for myself
The rear one is the one we have up for sale at present http://www.felineguitars.com/Guitar_sale.html
