Hey guys,
My band Red Seas Fire have just put a new track up on our Myspace and Tumblr pages (the latter should provide much better sound quality).
The track is called
The Recovery
, hope you dudes enjoy it!

Red Seas Fire
All guitar parts were recorded with my Blackmachine B2 with it's Cold Sweat set, and all guitar and bass tones are courtesy of the Axe-FX Ultra, recorded direct.
Let us know what you think!

Cheers Lew, glad you approve, but I agree it definitely needs vocals!

The tone sounds an awful lot like a VHTDeliverance. Are you using the standard Logic plug-ins for EQing/mastering etc...?

Interesting, it's actually the 5150 model, I always found VHTs to be alot drier.
I use the Logic EQ and delay, but I use Stillwell Audio and Waves plug-ins for 99% of compression/limiting/clipping tasks. Reverbs are the Lexicon plugs.
