I was at a rehersal last night and I think that the clarity acheived with the Mule and Stormy Monday pushed me to be more precise when playing.

I don't get away with any sloppy playing, which to my mind can only be a good thing.

Does anyone else find this is the case. I dont play mega distorted guitar which may influence this.

I'm sound sloppy through anything, I think I use too much gain and such...

Scratch that, I'm just sloppy.

I perhaps should have said degrees of sloppyness.

I do still tend to have a number of duff notes/chords...... but I try.
