Hmm, it really depends what sound you want.. the only one I would personally steer clear of would be the alnico Warpig, but even that could be exactly what's needed if the guitar is to be used for massively dark and fat doom/sludge tones.
You haven't given us all that much to work with in terms of what you're looking for - with more details about the sound you want we can give you a far more informed recommendation.
That said, there are many great options for an LP in the Bare Knuckle range: the Mule, Black Dog, Emerald, Rebel Yell, Crawler, Cold Sweat and Miracle Man, to name some of the most classic choices.
