I think it is kammo.  I have just fitted both of Ben's new necks, and I have to say the standard of workmanship is very nice.  These were both custom made to Ben's request in profile and nut width so I am not sure how an 'off the peg' neck would be. I find them very comfortable, but I have pretty big hands and like the 1.75" nut.

They are both identical in profile and feel the same, which is Ben's intent, but is also amazing considering one is maple and the other has an ebony fingerboard.
So many pickups, so little time

the general consensus with custom ordered/comissioned stuff is that the price remains confidential between the buyer and the seller.

i ordered a full custom guitar from laz and its getting done at the moment.
he is super nice to deal with
i havent played or tried out anything so my relationship is based purely on trust

but from what i hear his worksmanship is outstanding.

you'll hear a lot about him when i get my guitar though hehe

everything is 100% custom though. if you dont know what to do, he can explain it in detail (and i mean DETAIL) to you, so you will feel dumb afterwards, as to what your options are, the pros and cons of building, specs etc etc etc

which reminds me, i gotta go color hunting =/ i'm late as is >.<

Depends on wether you share your credit card.

And how about the TO signature neck as a production option?
