...does anyone have a Les Paul Junior or Les Paul Junior a-like that they could bring? I'm really GASing for one at the moment but nowhere around me stocks anything like that.

It's a bit of a cheeky request but if you don't ask, you don't get!!

I do have a couple of (MIJ Epiphone) LP Juniors, but I've brought one to a BKP meet before and I was thinking I might bring something different this time.  Plus I'm too weak/unfit/old/lazy to bring two guitars on public transport.  Sorry!  :(
BKPs I've Got:  RR, BKP-91, ITs, VHII, CS set, Emeralds
BKPs I Had:  RY+Abraxas, Crawlers, BD+SM

OK, I'm definitely coming, but it will be nearer 3, perhaps as late as 4 before I can get there :(

I won't be bringing the Engl stack, but will have a few guitars, perhaps my SE preamp & some pedals as well & a camera.

See you then!

No Engl stack George?  :?

Oooooh, I'm close to New Cross Gate on the overground so this looks like a cool idea.

Erm, Blackmachine B7 with A-Pigs, Blackmachine B2 MM/Mule tuned to B, or a badly set up PRS CuRo24 with CS set.

*ponders*
A-Pig 7s, Miracle Man & Mule, Cold Sweats... Expensive kit and no talent posse.

I am gonna try to get to this-Mrs 38th has had a plan for this weekend for a few months but with a bit of devious maneuvering, I might extricate myself.

I'd be interested in the B2 and the MM/Mule in it, would be nice to see if those guitars are as special as people say ;)

Probably not, sadly.  I wanted to bring it, it's an awesome rig & I'm very proud of it.  But my plans for the day have changed - I'm going somewhere else first before coming to Croydon & it's just not practical to have the stack in the car for the first part of the day.

I certainly won't be coming empty handed though... :)
BKPs: HD, MM, NB, PK, CS, Ab (b&n); Am (b only); VHII, Tril (n only); IT, Slow, Sult (m&n)

See wot you dun Philly!

Refuse him a Junior, and finds a better offer...

Good luck Paddy - watch out you don't get too relaxed/confident.

My mother-in-law still likes to remind me that on our first meeting she was quite surprised at how much I swore... (eg "Do you enjoy your work Andrew, are they nice people?" ... "You gotta be kidding me, they're a load of f*cking idiots, but no ,the work's not too bad, except on really sh1tty days... Just like any job I guess...") I continually have to explain that it was because I was so relaxed and comfortable after a couple of hours...

Luckily, I'm pretty good with parents, make the Mother smile, reassure Dad that you're not an arsehole and it generally seems to go pretty well.

Yes, be nice to say hi! I have to get round my natural laziness on Sundays to make this happen...  :stupid:

Oh yeah, I also have a Custom Shop Jackson Kelly 7, with 7*7s (they aren't that offensive as it's maple bodied but could be better). I'll see if I can pick it up along with the BMs.  :P

Another edit: Nice food at the Mexican place. Mmmmmmmm.

So i'll be bringing the Cornford Harlequin, with the LP (no BKs unfortunately, got hit with car tax, insurance and national insurance all in a fortnight!), and i'll have the Spring Chicken reverb pedal too. Think i'll keep it simple this time round :)
