Hmm... Iommi or Townshend? What a choice!
I see a rainbow rising
Look there on the horizon
And I'm coming home

I'm an Iommi man, but im pretty sure that this is more or less based on Pete's SG, minus the stoptail. :P

I had a Townshend SG, but I sold it because I got pissed off with the P-90s.  Probably should've kept it really, but I wanted an SG with humbuckers and it seemed wrong to take the router to the Townshend.

But enough of that.... nice guitar!  And a particularly fine fretboard!  :D
BKPs I've Got:  RR, BKP-91, ITs, VHII, CS set, Emeralds
BKPs I Had:  RY+Abraxas, Crawlers, BD+SM

Congrats, nice looking geetar :D

EDIT: Woo! That ebony stain looks nice as well. I'm usually a cherry-kinda-guy on SGs, but that one is very cute...

I must admit i do like the ebony and probably would have picked that if it was there, but the cherry looks awesome in the right light, the grain looks very three-dimensional and it looks like its made of lava :P

The current ebony ones aren't like mine, they are just regular solid black.  It's 10 years old.

I think the models been discontinued now, but the ebony-browny reminds of Iommi's "old boy"
