Its MDF but I wouldn't bother about that as it makes no difference to the sound and with all that tolex isn't weaker either.

My view is, if you have the MJW coming keep the Fender.

Yeah, the Fender is staying, played it for a few hours last night and I'm really happy with it.

The Laney is having a trip to seconds out!

Good luck with the sale Tom. It took me a few weeks to sell mine.

Definitely the right decision to keep the fender. I tried a super sonic out recently and was pretty impressed although I've heard they have reliability issues.
I think I hate being indecisive.

Tom keep them both,

Tell your other half you will have the amp instead of your engagement ring, then whenever you use it you will be thinking  of her. Seriously sounds like you picked  up a nice amp for a good price. Good look what ever you decide.

defo keep the Princeton Reverb - just add a nice OD pedal if you want clean and dirty channels.

upgrading the speaker in the PR will improve things even further - try a Tayden ACE25 10" alnico, then some NOS 6V6s and some 12AX7s and a 12AT7 for the phase inverter (can get nice NOS 12AT7s pretty cheap still).

Yes, definitely keeping it, gigged it yesterday and it sounded great.  I really like the stock speaker actually, although it doesn't like being cranked and gets harsh and flabby when it's too loud.  Saying that it will do just well for now.

Just used a Tonerider American for some grit and looks like the perfect small gig / practise amp.

Lots of guys in the US seem to upgrade the OT but I think part of the charm of a small amp is that they do lose a bit of control when cranked.
