erm just weighed it is 9.5-10lbs but very balanced didn't think was that much...may need new strap..wide one

I was surprised when you said about 7lbs - I always though that Dan Armstrong (and any other lucite) guitars were pretty heavy!

You should definitely get a see through strap.
I think I hate being indecisive.

I'd like one of those. Looks so cool and with the funky pickup switching thing too. I've got an acrylic bodied Strat. Acrylic makes a surprisingly good "tonewood", lots of harmonics and sustain, strong, but natural mids, sweet highs and full and musical bass. Acrylic has one distinct advantage over wood, it's consistent. Out of every ten Strats or LP's I try I'm lucky if one pleases me. Bloody heavy though, mine weighs 12lb.

It's certainly one of those guitars which look the business, only very cool guitarists like Joe Perry, Keith Richards etc play them.  And it's a small detail, but I love the headstock shape.  :D

Not sure I'd want to actually own one, though.  Even before I knew the weight!
