added water and textured wheat protein? I thought Sainsbury's was suppose to make decent stuff

Have a good trip. I have been to St Petersburg ( which was then called Leningrad) and they are not exactly close to one another but are on similar longitudes. I wonder if they have a Chicken dish called Chicken Birmingham.
