« on: September 19, 2010, 10:54:48 AM »
Do bare knuckle custom finish pickups aswell as sell them??
I have a Warpig distressed in one of my caparisons, and in my other a miracle man but its just a chrome plated one, as the guitar it was in looked good that way.
However its going in a caparison hgs dellinger now and the burned chrome looks great.. shall i attack it with my fagg lighter!!! lol.

I don't know if BKP could "convert" your chrome cover into a burnt chrome one, but I'm sure they'd swap the cover for you and it wouldn't cost too much:

Can covers be added or removed from a humbucker?
We remove covers free of charge as part of our commitment to customer service so that your warranty isn't invalidated as long as the pickup is returned to us by registered mail. A cover can be added to any Bare Knuckle humbucker and we only charge the cost of the covers, fitting is free.
BKPs I've Got:  RR, BKP-91, ITs, VHII, CS set, Emeralds
BKPs I Had:  RY+Abraxas, Crawlers, BD+SM

Yeah, phone or drop them an email to make arrangements.

I think they charge £10 each for the new covers (although that may have changed) and you'll need to pay postage.  And they turn it around quickly, so you won't be without your pickup for long.  :D
