Here's the forums 3rd recent Ibby ngd 8)

Won this on ebay yesterday and hoped on the train to Southhampton to pick it up. Bit of a bargain at 260 0_o definitely a buyers market at the moment! It's a practically mint RG1527 and tis very nice. It's a 'Prestige J-craft' which I think means its the equivalent of a Fender USstd (?).

Steal of the century lew mate.

 I sold my one of those to antag great guitars apart from the pickups.

 I just couldn't get on with the neck it was just a little to thin and flat for me. I hope you enjoy it. Plus when you get your custom you could probably make a profit on it once the market picks up.

Yea, I tried to trade it off you  :lol:

I know what ya mean about the neck being flat but the alternative to that is a fat neck I guess. I'll probably keep it as a backup/toilet guitar rather than sell it on :D

Ahh i remember this :D i was watching this on Ebay and was very tempted to start bidding but thought id best go out and try some first.

Very nice guitar it has the v77 and v87 doesnt it?

I didnt mind the neck one that i had in my rocket roll II but the bridge whichever it was i think V8 was an absolute horrid mess of mud.

The MM quickly sorted that though

as for the neck, I think if a little was taken off the shoulders and maybe ever so slightly thicker is would be awesome.

nice score, I'd love a 7-string to try one day.  I remember that you could get Schecter ones fairly cheap when Sound Control was still about.  would be cool to have one for some bowel-moving doom riffs  :lol:
