Introducing my new BLOG/PODCAST for guitar gear !!

It took all Summer to get off the ground, and still has a long way to go, but I'm happy to announce my new blog and podcast, Amps 'n Things.



Features: an expanding database of 24 bit sound clips, gear reviews, and a monthly podcast.

THIS MONTH --

> An interview with Jeff Bober of EAST amplification
> A 12AX7 shootout of several current and vintage valves including the fabled Mullard long plate BVA.
> Reviews of the HAO Rust Driver, Maxon OD-820, and catlinbread Dirty Little Secret
> The opening of the 24 bit database for several categories

Very nice! He's not doing quite what I'm shooting for, but he has some killer gear. I would like to interview him, actually ... :)

Aha im not the only one to miss the contents now :).

I've already said as i have been watching this site grow it is very informative and helpful and i can't wait for the database & the site to grow.

nice stuff ben! GAS inducing though ;) the maxon 820 clips sound vicious, so nice to have high quality clips for a change

Thanks, gwEm! Tell me about it; I'm hashing out deals with several companies to get gear for review. Returning this stuff is painful!
