guitar shops in Edinburgh

I'm in Edinburgh for a few days. anything worth checking out shop wise?

guitar guitar's pretty good. that's about the best of them, i think (of the ones I'm aware of, anyway). There's red dog round the back of the castle (i think that's it, it used to be sound control)... i haven't been in it since sound control went bust, but if you're in the centre you might as well check it out (guitar guitar is in the outskirts, past the zoo on the way to the airport).

Aw. I thought about guitar guitar but I doubt I can drag the missus that far out just for guitars. I thought it would be more central.

Red Dog was not so good.

however Edinburgh in general was pretty fun. I found Voldermort's grave and stuff.

Great city. Presented at a conference there, but while not presenting I was wandering around. One of the few places in the UK I've visited that I'd like to live.

As far as the guitar shops go, I didnt make it to any but the sound control, and I'm glad thats gone.
