The more I look at it, the more I like the shape. The bindings are way cool. The back looks great too, as does the contoured heel. I just wonder if the switch isn't an obstacle when playing. Personally I would favour the volumeknob to be closer to the bridge. Easier to reach for swells. But there are pedals for that too.

The control layout is a fairly personal preference, I can't stand guitars where the volume knob is next to the bridge - I'm constantly hitting it with my picking hand unless I alter my technique uncomfortably. The selector is far enough forward that it's out of the way, but close enough that it's within reach just by opening out my hand, absolutely perfect for me!

For what it's worth, the standard layout Dylan does is much more conventional:

I just said ''personally''. Doesn't mean everybody likes the knob close to the bridge. With a tremhandle I would not want it to be too close, cause the handle would cover it half.

Was good to meet you on Saturday Nolly, we were next door to you on the Vanquish stand.

I must admit, I didnt take in all the detail on this guitar at the show, the photos really do it justice, its a beast for sure.
