Nailbombing a Schecter C1

Heya guys, I am letting my friend try out a Nailbomb I have laying around, and he has the Schecter Exotic C1 Diamond Series. I got this diagram from their site:

I noticed my Nailbomb has all the same colour wires coming out of it, is it simply a matter of wiring it in exactly like the diagram, or do the two companies use different colour coding for different wires?
