Which pot rating is best for Trilogy Suites?
« on: December 05, 2010, 10:42:03 AM »
I'm changing my Strat back to it's original SSS configuration so I'll have a Trilogy Suite to go with the Trilogy Suite I have in the neck. Current the guitar has 500k pots, now would I be better off with 250k or stay with 500k?

I used 250k pots with mine and they sound great.  Nothing to compare them to though!

Trilogy bridge (baseplated) works fine here with a 250k pot - can't tell for the middle and neck. You can always try with the 500k pots first but even with the TS being rather hot for SC this might end up being a bit too much on the bright side.

(ok, sorry, not that helpful...)
