Mules doing some Sweet home
« on: December 10, 2010, 06:17:10 PM »
I'm trying to show how versatile the mules are. The intro and clean chords are played using a coil tapped neck mule pickup, played on the dirty channel of the Amp but with the gain turned right down. The overdriven tones are the bridge mule pickup (not coil tapped) initially with the Amp EQ pushing the mids around 3oclock and then at about 37 seconds in with the Mids reduced to about 10 oclock.

The guitar used is a PRS McCarty played through a Blackstar HT5, miked recorded through a tascam interface.  No other effects used except the Amp overdrive.
