New Camera Day :D

I've just got one of these:-

Came with an extra 50-200mm lens and I've also bought a 75-300mm manual lens from ebay for £15 extra.

This replaces my totally manual SLR Film camera.  Best thing of all I persuaded  the missus that we needed this for our wedding so it has just come out of the wedding budget.  We are getting a few friends to take the wedding pictures so wanted to make sure they had a decent camera to do so.

I hate wedding photos so hopefully they will come up with something a little less contrived and just take loads of photos and have fun.

Either way I got a toy out of it so I'm very happy!

Definitely, snapped these little guys in the garden today from my office while I was working.   It's really nice to see them close up through a good zoom lens.

Ah, great pic. I keep telling Mrs 38th that I ought to have a digital SLR. My Brother is a pro photographer -I really ought to try to blag one off him.
