Trying out a free ampsim called Lecto (
http://lepouplugins.blogspot.com/
)
using an free impulse from
http://catharsis.supremepixels.com/
(
http://catharsis.supremepixels.com/impulses/catharsis-awesometime-fredman.zip
)
guitar is a schecter c1 with miracle man
orange vintage channel.
red modern channel
jackson rr1 with holy diver
schecter c1 with miracle man
same settings used on both modern clips.
i used a ts808 clone as boost on all clips
what i play is the refrain from annihilator - king of the kill
hope you like it.

I actually prefer the Holy Diver in this clip. It sounds fatter, and it chuggs away a lot nicer.

That sounds killer, I've never been able to get the LeCTO to sound that good, nice, fat, and punchy, no sponge to the gain. Prolly doesn't help that I don't use an interface.
