What does it mean if an amp like the mesa boogie mark iii or iic+ is fully loaded?

it means its c0cked, locked and ready to rock like a nickel plated 9.
I don't actually know but do they all come with simul class and graphic EQ parts?
It might be like saying it has 'all the options'... someone who knows things will chime in.

It has all the options like grah.eq, wooden cabinet etc.
