Subscription music services?

I used to use napster to go- £15 a month for unlimited downloads that you could put onto a compatible mp3 player.

Is there any way I can get a new to go account - they only seem to offer streaming now :-(

Or are there any other places that run a similiar system?
It was a great risk free way to download new music.

I think you can do that with Spotify Premium.

I've only got the free version though, so not 100% sure.
