Irish Tours doing some Rory and Slowhand
« on: February 05, 2011, 05:02:20 PM »
Just received my set of Irish Tours and had them fitted in my strat yesterday, so felt the need to record these great souding pickups.

The first is Messin with the Kid ( Rory Gallagher version) - no backing track just the Irish tours
The second is a bit of Crossroads (Clapton version)

Recorded on a Strat with Irish tours in my Blackstar valve Amp.
PRS McCarty (BKP Mule set)
Fender USA Strat deluxe (Irish Tours)
Gibson Sg Standard

Nice tone. I have the IT's in my strat too and I like them for all kinds of music, from funk to Chili Peppers to blues and rock.
Mules, VHII, Crawler, MM's, IT's, BG50's.
