Finally got it!

after paying for this guitar in two installments and being really inpatient. I finally got the nicest 7 string i've ever played. I picked it up yesterday from Jonathan (Feline) in croydon and got a look at some of the othet guitars he's done. Who ever has that lovely Warlock is lucky.
It has a stupid amount of sustain and has a great amount of resonance. It's not boomy like other 7 strings i've played in the past. The neck was surprisingly thin, so it feels similar to my Prestige Ibanez. Which is exactly what i wanted. The EMG 707 sounds great too. I think i might keep it in this guitar because i like it that much (remember, different strokes for different folks) .The only thing that i'm a bit iffy about is the edge of the routes (pickup, bridge and neck) it looks like some paint came off during sanding. But it's no biggy it still looks lovely and you can't tell from a distance. Here's some pictures.

Is that new, or is it an old neck attached to a new body? I think you need some 0000 steelwool on that fingerboard! :D

I'm surprised you didn't go with the 7-string version of the Warpig

It's a used Ibanez neck with a new body. I don't get the steel wool thing? the fretboard is clean, though it is a pretty dark rosewood.

It's a really nice 7 string - glad it went to someone who will enjoy it a lot
The fingerboard seems to look worse in that piccy than it does in real life
It is an old backburner project that I did about 8 years ago. The routing maybe isn't as good as most of our custom build stuff, but the end result played and sounded great. Unplugged it has a real nice acoustic guitar like resonance. It plays easily and works great .
I am glad that Steve got it in the end - enjoy her
