Just thought I'd put up pictures of the guitars I made when I was A & P Richardson  :D

Would you make an SG like that again if I asked nicely? - I absolutely love the understated script logo on the headstock, looks really classy.  I may be able to treat myself to something like this soon.

also its relevant to the forum as it has a Nailbomb bridge & cold sweat neck

haha that's a blast from the past, that was one of my first guitars  :) 1988 - 1989 or maybe 1990 lol

haha that's a blast from the past, that was one of my first guitars  :) 1988 - 1989 or maybe 1990 lol

Its really that old? Its in amazingly good condition i wouldnt have put it at more than 5 years old when he got it 2008ish

i keep trying to get him to sell me it but he wont part with it.

He has however offered me it twice when hes been out of a job unfortunately i was both times also :P

I like that a lot.

The slanted neck SC - does that have much of an impact on the tone, or is it a mostly aesthetic thing?

Gibson have made SGs with that slanted single coil neck pickup in the past, seen quite a few from various points in Gibson history...

This is my own guitar and I do like the look of just one pickup, that's why it has two volumes and no tone so I can make it look like a junior if I want.
Still need to put the back dogear pickup surround back on lol

Yeah It is all solid Rosewood and it has loads of sustain.

The same guitar made with Padauk would be awesome with the natural red colour Padauk has.  :D
