I'm wondering if anyone has experience ordering from the US. I ordered my pickups the 22nd (stormy monday neck and nailbomb bridge) for my epi les paul custom, and want to know when I can start expecting them. I never got any confirmation e-mail which makes me believe I accidently gave them the wrong one.

If anyone here is from the US and can tell me how long it took them to get their pickups it'd be greatly appreciated.

It takes about a week from when they tell you they sent them. However, you placed your order in the Christmas period, and I would expect them to be closed on the 26 & 27th (at least!), and January 2nd, so they have only had your order for 4 working days. It usually takes about a week to get the pickups made, so I think that you still will need to wait a few days before they send you an email.

The English holidays over Christmas are much bigger than the US ones, and a lot of people take the whole week off between Christmas and New Year. Not sure if that is the case at BK, but I am sure someone will let you know once they get in today.

I didnt get a confirmation e-mail when I ordered my Bareknuckles either. They will be worth your wait though :D

Your order is being made this week. The office was closed between the 23rd and 2nd of January. Delivery ususaly takes about a week, so expect them next week.

To add to Steve's comment, Tim is currently out of the office until Friday 6th which is why there has been a delay in replying to emails.
