nailbomb/warpig - FAT Riffs - Muse/RATM

Howdy,
I'm a fan of big fat riffs and i'm looking at getting either a nailbomb or warpig bridge pickup, the only problem is every video/sample everyone plays really fast metal shredding riffs/crazy leads which is NOT what I'm after.

I want to play more Rage Against the Machine and Muse style riffs, with just a REALLY FAT ASS tone. An EXACT EXAMPLE of my ideal tone is:

Please don't make a suggestion without listening to that riff :)
But yes, would a nailbomb or warpig best suit that tone? Or any other recommended p/u?

Ok so for big slow riffs like I linked you reckon it would be a bigger fatter sound? Or is the warpig too thrashy?

I've yet to find a sound clip where they play the sort of riffs i'm after, they're all just thrashy metal clips or slow clean tones, neither is what im after

I was told that manson got rid of some of the trebs of the nailbomb and that's what the MBK2 is.

What is the stockholm model you speak of?

Tim mentioned it as being a regular Nailbomb, but maybe it has changed over time

the Stockholm is a new Muse-inspired model
there's also a full sized P-90 called Supermassive 90
apparently they have the same voicing, but in different casings, and are much hotter than the Mississippi Queen

the MBK2 is pretty great. but remember it's more than the pickup. he is using a mutli amp set up (in that clip probably the diesel and the vox) and he is in drop C and he uses .60 on the bottom string, mixed with "fake" harmonics by the fernandes sustainer.

it seems much an amp/tuning related fatness... this is something you can easily achieve with a nailbomb, but a lower output pickup should do it even better... black dog?
