the next tour - Germany 2k11
« on: February 27, 2011, 01:01:58 PM »
going on tour next Friday, and very excited :)

Fri. Mar 04th - Hamburg (Gruener Jaeger) - Early Show: 20h
Sat. Mar 05th - Osnabrueck (Substanz)
Mon. Mar 07th - Landau (Fatal)
Wed. Mar 09th - Innsbruck (PMK)
Fri. Mar 11th - Augsburg (Ballonfabrik)
Sat. Mar 12th - Erfurt (Klanggerüst)

this time i'm highly likely to take something like a strat. jonathan is working on something a bit unusual for me, but i don't know if it will be finished in time. if its not i'll take my mahogany or jolly roger strat. my rig will be tuner->sansamp->space echo. our new singer has really changed the way we work live, its alot more melodic, but of course i'll still play alot of the electro-punk stuff. the roland space echo was the last piece in the puzzle which started with listening to 'tokyo tapes' three years ago.

can't wait to get out on the road and play the new set. i hope germany is ready for some 8bit space rock.

I think I might have played at that venue in Hamburg. Look out for the Rota FloraThat (an interesting building/squat). and enjoy the reaperbahn if that's your kind of thing.
I've played in Osnabrueck too but I didn't see much of it as a place. Such is how things go when on tour.

really nice thanks Phil! I like this guitar alot, it always hangs in the right place and looks cool :) also the neck is good feeling. i only wish it was a fixed bridge, but thats not too much of an issue.

Glad that you had a great time gwEm. Would love to do something like this (ok, maybe not the 8bit space rock  :) ) but have too much stuff going on at home to even contemplate it!

What Yamaha is it that you took?
I think I hate being indecisive.
