Keep an eye open for this....

Looks like this program on vintage guitars could be worth watching when it's released.......

.... second thoughts might give it a miss ..... watching Guthrie always makes me want to put all my gear on ebay  :(

I was just thinking recently that there aren't enough TV programmes devoted to the guitar, or if there are they are on obscure channels and not really advertised much.

This could be good.
I think I hate being indecisive.

OK, this is way off topic, but clicking on the link has reminded me:

YouTube has suddenly stopped working for me the last few days.  I get sound, but no picture.  It works OK if I'm on a user's own page, but individual videos just don't play.  :?

Anyone got any idea what's gone wrong and how to fix it?

(I'm using Google Chrome.  If I switch to IE8 all is as it should be.)

I had a problem a few weeks ago that basically stopped me watching any videos on youtube unless I linked up my googlemail account (I think) with my youtube account. It all sounded a little odd to me, and I could never get it to work. Thew only way I can watch anything on youtube now is to not log into my account. When I have a bit more time on my hands I might try to sort it.

Tried this? Chrome/Flash tries to use hardware acceleration for video, may be giving you problems.

Ther French Guy in the video is a guy called Armand serra and he is a great guitar player - they really didn't feature him much which is a shame
He used to have a Band here in London called Panama (around 1985-88) who were great to see live

He owns a cool custom jewelery store in London (Crazy Pig) - before that he worked for The Great Frog in Carnaby street

Great fretwork!
