NGD: Ibanez RG7420
« on: March 08, 2011, 01:41:41 PM »
Hey guys,

I haven't been active much and there really isn't a solid reason for that; university assignments and exams are due for the last push for my degree at the end of the next few months, so I guess I'll use that excuse.

However, there was no excuse in not getting this (I had a few but me and Tony sort of eliminated them all in quick succession)

So it's a 2005 Ibanez RG7420, I don't know the exact name of the finish, but it's purple/navy with the same sparkle as the RG1570 in Mirage Red that I have (that's for sale now)

It's got a Floyd Rose, the rest is the usual. Here are some pictures I quickly took of it just to show you guys, I might record a clip if Tony can convince me enough. Pretty decent for a MIJ and I haven't seen one for a while.

Enjoy the photos:

I should really get my RGs out of storage and play them more. Nice guitar Jonny.

Glad you got it in the end and that it is 100% legit despite the price :P

Looks great.

The only problem with this is you're making me want a 7 again but im too picky and refuse to buy another guitar with a trem as i use the one i have very minimally as it is.

the RGA7 is looking more and more promising... should've got that one i found that great deal on even though i would've been broke for the remainder of the month
