SO MANY CHOICES! please help
« on: May 01, 2011, 06:24:11 AM »
Hey everyone! I have been lurking on this forum for a little bit now debating which BKP I am going to get, however like a lot of people I don't know which one!
I have an RGA121 prestige (2006 model), It is a mahogany body w/ maple top and the neck is 5 pieces made from maple and walnut. I run through a 6505+ head and into a 4x12 cab with v30's.
I really want a growling low mid focused tone (I understand the harmonic saturation from the 6505+ is heavy upper mids) with definition enough to hear articulate picking rhythms (I play in D standard DGCFAD.) Please! Like Lea to luke... "I need your help, you are my only hope!" lol :D

miracle man calibrated set is worth checking out mate, very articulate for the fast picking, good growl, smooth in the mids, and very versatile for a ceramic pickup. Coil split will get u very good cleans, esp on the neck pickup.
c-bomb bridge, cs neck, HD set, MM set, PK set, Alnico BH set
