Henry Cooper has snuffed it as well. I wonder if the incidents are related?

whoop di do number 1 US employee Osama is dead (for those of you who don't know he worked for the US govt in the late 70s involved in the cold war )....apparently he snuffed it a while ago anyway and was known to be in Pakistan for a long time...perfect timing from the administration to pull out this trump card before the preceding election having been under threat of losing the votes, I wonder how long the writers have been working on this....

So after publically humiliating donald trump, declaring osama caught/dead and now grabbing gaddafi by the balls (even though it was against UN resolution to bomb the shite out of the leadership) I think it's fair to say Young Barack has had a cracking week, would have been perfect had he been invited to Westminster Abbey on friday.

SO while the peeps celebrate in Times Square, will this 'significant' event alter any terrorism threat, highly unlikley.

During the Cold war The U.S backed the mujahideen (including Osama, Not employee just backed by Cold War paranoid politicians), in there fight in driving back the Soviet invasion in Afghanistan. Then, like idiots, we left the place in chaos as soon as the Soviets left, chalking it up as a victory for the U.S (Damn Cold War Logic). But, in doing so we left these, more or less, tribal groups and mujahideen leaders to fight it out for control of the country and Afghanistan has been in a constant state of war since, pretty much the 70s.
One thing I hate about living in the U.S, is the crazy people who who get riled up over getting ONE guy. This is not going to get better, it is going to get a LOT worse. Embassies are already getting ready for reprisal attacks and with a terrorist system like Al qaeda's, that is so fragmented, just getting Osama is not going to do squat but make him a martyr and piss them off.
All I want to be is normally insane.

yeah, people are mugs to fall for the symbolic propaganda, and that's without seeing any new pics or evidence, just the recycled shitety VHS videos form a decade ago. How active could one elderly ailing guy been recently anyway, if he indeed was alive during the 'raid' he may have been on his death bed anyway and an easy token for pakistan to give up for a massive US payout. President zardari (another US employee) and his cronies must be laughing sitting on stacks, did you notice the credit given to the pakistan goverment in obama's first speech of the day?

it gets more comical by the minute- they expect us to believe that after billions spent over a decade, 2 wars and a 3rd on the way, they've cruised in to one of the most heavily armed military cities in pakistan, with a small swat team and killed the 'baws'! - and this trail was identified through a courier, a friggin postman?! lol. The american dream / fabrication gets better and better.

For all those prematurely celebrating who think justice has been done keep in mind those that actually lost their lives in 9/11, iraq and afghanistan (and our UK soldiers still are)  - have they really had justice? - no live capture, no interrogation to investigate more about 9/11, but osama given the grace of being peacefully buried at sea almost immediately as a religious martyr?! this is this biggest vote pulling stunt in history to maintain power, as they say, only in america!!

It's not merely fragmented, it barely exists. Best invented enemy in the history of rightwing politics. Tops La Mano Negra.

Usama Bin Laden's death (which probably REALLY happened several years ago) will make zero difference to anything at all other than providing an excuse for America to further interfere with people's lives. No extra danger whatsoever.

How active could one elderly ailing guy been recently anyway

Besides the point, but  he wasn't elderly.

Also, note the photo doing the rounds proving his death has been demonstrated to be fake.

Yeah, I thought he looked a bit young in that. And it wasn't the best use of Photoshop ever.

He was only 54 anyway, it's a relatively recent photo. But still, the comedy photoshop job on it is spectacular.

The news coverage of this is wonderful. Really they should all just say TEN YEARS. TWO WARS. A MILLION LIVES AND A TRILLION DOLLARS. BUT WE DID IT. GO TEAM DEMOCRACY!

Phyrrus would be impressed.
