ive only heard of about 3 of those bands on that list and would only listen to one of them by choice.

Well, at least they chose the right Meshuggah album & they got Godflesh in there.  Otherwise, it's nonsense (IMH-and admittedly subjective-O :))

FWIW, I own 4 of the albums on that list...
BKPs: HD, MM, NB, PK, CS, Ab (b&n); Am (b only); VHII, Tril (n only); IT, Slow, Sult (m&n)

To be fair to Mustaine himself (not that it's him making this claim!), except during his most egomaniacal phases, he's bigged up his rhythm playing but he's been quite modest about his soloing skills.  And (again, most of the time) he's been full of praise for his lead guitarists.
