On my Laney VC30, with my Fenders I tend to have:
Bass 5 to 6
Mid 5 to 6
Treble  4-5
With the Gibson I tend to go:

Bass 4
Mid 4-5
Treble 5-6

I don't have a presence and I do use volume and tone of the guitars a fair bit ( I am old fashioned).
Not hard and fast- tend to vary according to venue but that is where I would start.

On my Cornell Romany with the tone stack switched out I have the volume at 6 o'clock. There aren't any other controls.

That sounds like my kind of setup!
BKPs I've Got:  RR, BKP-91, ITs, VHII, CS set, Emeralds

I like the sound of that.
I have a 5 way rotary tone and a volume on my MJW.
There's a Master Drive control as well
Pretty much all at 12 and a fuzz pedal for mayhem

on my dual recto 3rd channel for heavy stuff

in o'clock settings cause thats how I roll

prescence - 11.30
bass- 12.30
mid -11.30
treble-10.30
gain -2

with rectos cascading, stacked (whatever you call it )  eq/gain set up I find it better to dial the treble back and use the prescence for brightness . too high on the treble knob abd you dont get enough responce on the mids then bass knobs
Maton- jazz/JB
Cole Clark -NB Neck ,  Apig
Mayones Setius - Juggs
Et Guitars Katana 7 -Juggs
Mesa Dual Rect
and more stuff
