Yeah I've seen this. i actually messaged the guy asking what tubes the Bugera had, and he said stock. Just goes to show lol

But if you look at all of his other videos he manages to make virtually every amp he has sound very similar to that.

They are all pretty processed and not a fair representation really

That's not much good either. Instead of showing how gear sounds when recorded and mixed decently, it all sounds like he's throwing buckets of wet shite at the wall.

Yeah the tone king stuff is undersirable...

He only does a little but then there are the 2-3 extra layers of guitars etc that are in there.

Im not saying the amp itself is bad or anything like that its just a hard platform to judge same with the official BKP clips

About Bugera: I think we shouldn't forget that part of the reason the Peavey 5150 series became so popular is not only it great tone, but also the fact that they are highly reliable and withstand the rigors of touring very well. To this day, some bands, that use many different amps in the studio still rely mainly on Peavey 5150 for touring (In Flames for example).

Anybody know when the Bugera Magician is released? I see the Infinium range is now available, but I've seen loads of stores advertising the Magicain as "out of stock". WhenI ring them, they say they have no idea yet as to when they'll get em. And Bugera have been advertising them for like 2 years :/

I actually bought a Bugera 1960 Infinum last week and it arrived today. This will tickle you; it arrived int the morning and I sent it back in the afternoon. Had it for about 5 hours, tops. It's not that it was terrible, or anything. It just wasn't for me. Bugeras need to exist in this world, since we're not all doctors and lawyers who can afford the extortionate prices of mainstream brands.

I've got a few Bugeras, including the 1960, and I find they sound terrible with stock tubes. When you change them for quality tubes, the amps sound awesome.
