We've got a guy at work doing it - unfortunately he has also chosen to have his hair cut to coincide with the 'slug'  - he now looks like Hitler!

I first grew my goatee to give myself an "artificial jawline" (Jeremy Beadle style (RIP)).  Always said I'd shave it off if I lost my double chin.  But even though I now have a chiselled jawline, I've become too attached to the facial fuzz to get rid of it.

:) It looks kinda cool! too bad my beard doesn't close to the mustache... I'd like to know how i'd look with this kind of mustache but, seems like not even when I'm 70 :lol:
