USACG/Warmoth Bolt-On vs. Ibanez/Jackson Bolt On?

After deciding on the Holy Divers having exactly the right voicing that I wanted. I've managed to come to the conclusion with the BKP team that in Alder, they wood be perfect, rather than my Basswood Music Man, in which they said Nailbombs fitted the bill better (I wasn't keen on them, they didn't sound fat and round enough). But like I said, the Holy Divers have my perfect voicing. So I'm getting rid of my Music man and decided on get a Custom Guitar built from either USACG or Warmoth and what I wanted to ask was: How is the upper fret access? I know brands like Ibanez kind off cut round the heel to make it easier, but is a Strat heel really that much harder to reach upper frets, especially with Warmoth's Contoured Heel? I just don't want to get one and think 'Oh Dear!' lol. I'd be going for the Soloist shape though, as I'll be wanting 24 frets, and the Strats cutaway just doesn't cut it (no pun intended, lol). I'm looking at Yngwie who plays has no problem with them type of heels, so it kind of gives me hope  :D

I think you may not like the regular Fender heel, unless you have massive hands it will probably feel a bit uncomfortable right up at the dusty end of the fretboard, especially if you're a 24 fret type person. The contoured heel will certainly help. Perhaps you could just try a Stat somewhere (though good luck in finding a 24 fret one to test) and see how you find it?

Well I play a Les Paul. Although past the 19th fret requires a bit of diagonal hand adjustment, lol. But I manage. And I see the Soloist shape has more of a cutaway which I believe helps.

Yh, but your Warmoth is that tad bit thicker (being a Les Paul) aint it? I'm just wondering how a thinner Warmoth would be like for upper fret access
