For Beatles fans only
« on: November 15, 2011, 11:39:21 PM »
This is a sublime rendition of the Abbey Road masterpiece. Observe the thread title lads. Any "I don't like the Beatles" sh*t start your own thread.

I saw the Fab Faux with my wife over the Summer. Amazing show! Jimmy Vivino should be a National Treasure.

Holy cow - that is great. So accurate. Really really good. Only watched the first vid so far, will most definitely be watching the others at some point.

Well I'm hardly going to click on any of the links, am I!? They've certainly died in a suboptimal order. All at birth would have been far more satisfactory.

That's pretty darn excellent.

Superb in fact. I do like the keyboard player's "Paul" vocals.

Only problem is it's just given me extreme GAS for a Rick bass...

I've actually been gas-less for months - we're in the middle of buying a house, so I've had to suppress it somehow. That's partly why I've been less active on here recently - and it's worked pretty well, right up until seeing/hearing them gorgeous "Macca" bass lines

I used to dislike the Beatles, but these days I'm getting into them a bit.

I've always had GAS for a Rick bass - also because of the Motorhead link

I'd thought of it, but I wasn't a fan (much better than Weller's subsequent career though, especially the bloody Style Council!)

To get back on topic, I must have look at these Beatles clips later.

I have had time to watch/listen properly and it is very impressive. I too hanker after a Ric bass-I occasionally play one that belongs to a mate and it is a superb instrument.
