getting?

I mean, I have some sympathy for vegetarians (not to the extent of actually being one, but I don't think they're crazy either like some meat-eaters do), but PETA just goes way over the top a lot of the time, not to mention has questionable logic in a lot of its claims etc.

Silly and over the top is sort of their thing, isn't it?

Presumably the idea is first and foremost to get noticed, and in that they sort have a point. Singer and the likes have published well thought out, intellectual articles in respected journals for decades but doing that doesn't change the world. If you want change, you've got to make noise.

well, i know they are generally a bit nuts anyway

but i reckon stuff like attacking mario for wearing an animal suit which would most likely not be made of fur in the real, or attacking cooking moma for not being vegatarian is so pointless it does nothing but undermine any point they may have.

Plus i can see those games mostly being mostly played by kids because they think the gory paraody is funny.

^ ^ true, but on the other hand it can often turn people against you, too, who might otherwise be sympathetic.

it is a bit of a quandary, to be fair. but that won't stop me calling out their stunts or questionable logic, either. :D
