i just played a bit of mississippi queen and the "dreaming of you" by the coral solo- to cut a long story short- i recorded some clips of those songs at about midnight when i realised i had promised come clips, and then did them with the new pickup installed for a comparison but because the only recording equipment i have is a cr@ppy zoom ps-04 digital modelling thing you really cant tell any difference between the pickups so there wasnt any point in posting both sets of clips....(if you catch my drift)

but i can assure you that through my lc30 theres a huge difference!! especially when it comes to pinch harmonics- i was struggling to get decent ones out of the stock p-90 but now they squeal beautifully- i think theres one right at the end of the distortion clip...

p.s. the tap isnt used in the clip because i have no push/pull pot to fit it yet...also lol my guitar is dreadfully out of tune in some bits cause my stupid dad cut my strings too short before i tuned them and they were sliding out of tune all over the place when i was recording!!!!

just reasiled the distortion does have the tracks of both stock and bkp pickups but i think the stock clip (the first one) was on a higher volume.... still, like i said before you cant heard any difference because its just a cr@ppy modeller. and btw i can record something more specific if anyone wants anything in particular but there wont be any comparison with the stock pickup.

I dont think its playing properly!? At the moment its playing at hyper-speed.Just incase your not aware.

Yep, they're working.

Great Sabbath tones on on the distortion clip.

Very clear single coil sound on the cleans.

thanks guys, ill probly post a couple of better clips when i get the tap fitted and ill do that through my lc30 (although the quality wont be great cause i dont have a decent mic)...

im open to requests now lol.....
