Hey guys, I have a pedal board with my amp with 8 pedals and plan/planned to get a couple more although....
I was thinking about getting a pre amp instead of my loud and not very good sounding at low volume amp and run it through like a powered monitor or something on my desk and be able to record covers and stuff too.
I only play at home and I like tons of music (mainly death metal and prog metal) and i'm asking if any of you guys use a line 6 pod HD pro, axe fx, digitech gsp1101 etc and still use your pedals? I use a tubescreamer too and I basically HAVE to use that!
Many amazing players are using the axe fx that I love, meshuggah, opeth, john petrucci and most videos on youtube sound amazing and I can't really find an amp that does what I want it to do..
