If you wrote the riffs you own the copyright, even iff you are bored of the songs the music is still yours.
I would let the singer know you own the rights to the sonds he's touring.  Might seem petty but if they got anywhere with the music you should get some $$$

And just to add, I've never been kicked out a band but I was recently in a band where everybody left until it was just me.

The Drummer brought his mate down to play some guitar and do some vocals

The Bass player hated his style and went in a mood

The singer fell out with the bass player (who was a good player but a grumpy negative git).  She was ready to kill him and left

Then the drummer fell out with the bass player for being rude to his mate and the singer and left

Me and the negative grumpy bass player tried to get a new drummer.  A guy came down, don't know what happened but didn't hear from the bass player or new drummer again.  I think the bass player was fed up and realised the new drummer wasn't good enough.

So after being in a band being the most positive one, trying to get it all to gell and not complaining myself I ended up without a band anyway....

I doubt that band is ever going to make any sort of cash, to be honest :lol: Bear in mind, this band is a niche thing at best. Blackened Hardcore/Noise/Grind is not going to top the charts anytime soon :P

i do think you can do /alot/ with electronics these days - and people are tolerant of it in a live situation too.

i'd love to be in a rock band, but stories like these always make me thankful i'm not!
