Cold Sweats + Feline
« on: February 05, 2006, 03:35:30 PM »
:D OK guys here `ya go. I`m sorry this has taken awhile but i`ve just not had the time

It`s my Feline custom build [ The Preacher ] loaded with a set of Cold Sweats. It was recorded using my Podxt, Keeley modded SD1, & my Boss BR1180CD
All the rythem parts are the bridge, the bluesy type solo in the slow mid section is al Neck
I was inspired by a dodgy   Ahem ! DVD of a new cinema fim. Can you guess what it was !

Tim i hope the sound of the Chambered body comes through

Steve i took your advice & turned al of the FX patches on the Boss unit off i`m not sure how much difference it made. what do you think ?

that's it, i'm officially pissed.

Cold sweats sound great too.

Dammit, how the hell will I EVER make up my mind which pickups to get??!! I hope you guys are happy.

Awesome playing and tone, that was great!

I'm going to have to wait for the new site, with all the new soundclips, and then Tim (and this forum) will be bothered by, more than likely, the longest "which pickup" email/thread ever.

:D Hi guys thanx for the kind words !!  :D

I wrote this just to demo the guitar + Cold Sweats. I`m glad you all [ so far ] liked it.

Ok i used my Podxt set on "Jumped up Plexi"  with a Tube Screamer  stomp box setting, for Rythem.
For lead i used the same but i pluged in through my Keeley modded Boss SD1 overdrive. No Gain but turned the volume up to 12 o`clock. This helped the notes sustain longer.

Hails Man, i liked the clips
isn´t  it just and impression of mine or the Palm mutes are distorting a little?
Aside from that, excellent playing and tone
I really LOVED the Cold Sweats on the Neck.
am i crazy or the cold sweat neck is Velvety, smooth and sweet? also, very mellow and bright.. how´s its articulation too ?? all questions are referring to the CS neck.
I loved it.
Thank´s
