Shouldn't be any problem with electronics but you'd be in the unusual situation of having the neck pickup a lot hotter than the bridge. If you look at the sets on the website you'll see that the neck pickups are usually somewhat less powerful than the bridge versions and it's done this way for a reason. I would have thought that you'd be better off with a hotter bridge pickup if you wanted a WP in the neck.
