Hey Nolly! I recently became a huge fan of Red Seas Fire, and also began to admire the artwork you guys have gotten! Mostly since my own band is in the process of writing our own debut album, i wanted to ask who made your logo and albumcover? I've always wondered were bands get their artwork from, and the cost?

Well to my knowledge, bands just contact an artist of some sort, who then often has a certain pricetag attached to the amount of work that you want done.. my band has talked with several artists, i just really like the look and style of the Red Seas Fire artwork!

Could I have a couple of contacts for future reference? And what are the prices like? Would be good to knowfor the near future. No point getting anything done yet unless ya know that the band is tight and not just another band that's destined to have a laugh about being famous for 5 mins and then breaking up haha

Hah would suck if we had the same cover though! but i was generally thinking less pukey and more abstract art-y :p

Hey there Josh, sorry I missed this. Our artwork was done by Jo Ardiles (guitarist in The Safety Fire). He's a friend of ours but I'm not sure what the best way to contact him is if you want him to do work for you - perhaps through his band's facebook page?
