For the Classic Car guys on this forum, Mustang...
« on: April 18, 2012, 04:41:28 PM »
Last weekend I stayed at my Fiance's Uncle's house for the night to get away from her sisters party. I pulled up outside the house (which is a gorgeous place in a gorgeous area of Sarrat) and I saw this in the drive.

1968 Gt289 Convertible Ford Mustang

It's owned by a friend of her Uncle's but he works in the music industry in America so while he's over there it's being looked after here. I've big a huge fan of Mustangs for years and I finally got to sit in one. It's more striking up close and it's so comfortable and big inside you wouldn't think it was a 2 door car. I think it's for sale too but there's no way I could afford it

I forgot to mention. It was originally owned by the first man on the moon, Neil Armstrong. I think there's official papers to prove that too.

That's really nice.

I was looking on youtube at the weekend at Mustangs and Chargers etc and came across this:-

Not the same model but interesting review from the time.

This one made me laugh, the guy says the braking can power of the Charger could almost be equalled by dragging your foot....

Jesus Fing Christ! Neil Armstrong's Mustang.

It wasn't a mistake, it was chromaticism, I swear.
