Hey folks,

We released our album, Exegesis, back in Feb. It has been well received, garnering great reviews. Both of us guitarists in the band used Nailbombs for the recordings:

Let me know what you think!

Really digging that intro-tone - very musical / non-digital sounding, maybe a bit too fizzy on some parts, but that's a preference-thing for sure - Great mix overall. The bass is well placed without being over-dramatic. Overall great mix, and guitar tone is awesome.. expesically at 2:50mins something in the exegesis song.

What's your setup if I may ask?

Good job!
Kind regards

Heya,

Sorry, missed your response.

My setup for the recording of Exegesis was:

1991 Orville Les Paul Custom with Bareknuckle Nailbombs w/coil taps.
Strings were Ernie Ball Slinky Top Heavy Bottom.
Fryette Sig X amp head
Zilla 4x12 w/ Celestion Vintage Century speakers.

Pedals were:
Ernie Ball Vol. Jnr
Budda Wah
Boss SD-2
ProCo RAT
Nova Delay
Nova Mod
Hardwire Reverb
Line 6 DL-4

I've sinced changed my setup a fair bit.

I've been listening to this one a fair bit, and really like it. 8)
Very Tool'ish at some points, but that is a good thing in my book.
I keep coming back to the opening track; I find the time signature here quite catchy :)

Overall well-balanced good mix with great guitar tone.

Nice work!
