My 'Hazard Phaser' has been entered for the BYOC pedal pageant, and I need as many votes as I can get for it. I could really do with the prize as I'm totally broke but need a tremelo pedal for a recording project soon, I could build one with the circuit board I may get from doing well in the contest.

I'll still be happy if I don't win, as 4th to 10th places get 3 free BYOC circuit boards to build kits with - that's what I really need, so I can get this tremelo built.

lol I was thinking of offering something in return like that for people voting for me, but it'd probably be too hard to split anything by the time all the votes are in.

However, remember powertabs.net that shut down? I have all the powertabs of the 50 most popular artists that were on powertabs.net here on my PC - so if you voted for us, PM me with the name of an artist and your email address and I can send you a zip file of every tab of an artist of your choice (unless I don't have the artist, in which case you can choose another).

ahh excellent bainzy that sounds cool... why did powertabs shut down do you know? i cant think of a band in particular right now but i can almost guarantee that sometime in the near future ill think of one that i need tabs for.... so ill pm you when that time comes lol.

They shut down because the MPA declared that internet tablature was illegal, and said they were going to pursue tab websites in lawsuits. Powertabs.net haven't been contacted by them (yet) but decided to take down all their tabs until they can find a way of avoiding a lawsuit, like hosting the site on a server in a country where the MPA would have no grounds to sue. I'll keep the tabs handy in the future so I'll be able to send you whatever you want as soon as you PM me.

www.ultimate-guitar.com still has a load of tabs! I think they have Power Tabs aswell

yer they have a few power tabs but the old official powertab database was sooooo good!!!!

yer ultimate guitar have a few power tabs and loads of normal tabs but the watching/listening as the tab plays on your screen is way way way better than figuring it out from a standard tab. the old official powertab database was sooooo good- i found almost everything i looked for on there.
